Guarantee

To ensure the quality of the products, Utzon Equestrian makes a stringent quality control. Our confidence in our quality assurance allows us to provide a five-year international guarantee on all new Utzon bridles purchased from one of the Brand’s Official Retailers.

The guarantee is valid only if (1) the bridle has been sold by an Official Utzon Retailer, (2) the purchase invoice has been completed in full by the Official Retailer (name of the bridle model, size, color, date for purchase and price) and (3) the invoice is presented with the bridle either to an Official Retailer or to Utzon Equestrian.

The Utzon guarantee excludes normal wear-and-tear (notably the wear-and-tear of straps and padding), decorations (crystals and studs), loss, theft, or damage due to misuse (horses being tied up in the bridle or similarly). The substation of components with, or the additions of, components or accessories not manufactured by Utzon Equestrian will invalidate the guarantee.

Return and exchanges 

If the product does not meet your expectations when received, you will have 14 days to exchange it and send it back to us, providing that the product is in its original packaging, unused, in combination with your receipt we will immediately exchange the product or issue a gift card for our webstore. To European countries we offer to exchange the product or to give a cash refund for the product. Please do always send your receipt or a copy of it with the product you are returning to us. Mark the product as return of items on custom documents as we do not pay for custom charges. Special orders (large quantities more than 5 of each items or items with a delivery time and customized orders according to colour or size) have no return rights.

Christmas: You can return your products until the 7 of January.
